Bleg: Small Groups?

I'm on a committee/team/whatever looking into small group stuff for the church I'm attending. I'm supposed to figure out what other churches in the area are doing, but I'm lazy.

So, if you'd like to zap me an email or drop a comment about the basics of what your church does (if anything) in the realm of small groups or Bible studies, I'd appreciate it.

If you have any documentation or web pages you can point me to, that would be quite groovy.

We're taking a break for the summer, right now, but we have been doing 6-week intensives with 2-week breaks in between. Some of the groups need longer, so they can renew for another 6 after the first. Pretty much anything goes as far as the intensive topic, pending pastoral approval. I led an exploration on fasting (exploration as in we didn't study a whole lot; we just fasted once a week for 6 weeks). There's supposed to be follow-up/debrief after a group completes to analyze it's strenghts/weaknesses, but that hasn't been strictly adhered to.
