This is not too difficult a project - I did exactly the same thing in Italian about a year ago. I can't remember exactly, but it might have been about 100 hours work to do the whole NT (spread over a number of months). I don't have an on-line version (although it is planned for next year), but once the data is created it is easy to transform it into different formats - I have it downloadable as Word files or to be used in an Italian Bible computer program. The data can also be used in other ways: the Italian-Greek and Greek-Italian interlinears can be produced from the same data, and you can also generate a list of all the ways that each Greek word is translated in the English/Italian translation used. You can see what I produced at http://www.laparola.net/vocab/ - the interlinears are downloadable, and selecting any word in the section under the "On line" heading will display, as well as the definition, how it is translated in the Italian Bible.
