Life is busy and therefore I haven't been blogging much. Apologies for that. I have some random things I've been accumulating for your perusal. I know I ran across most of these on other blogs but I forgot to record my source when I made a note of the item. • earlychurchtexts.com. Check it out. I run FireFox and had some random problems with the navigation over an extended browsing session.
• Rodney Decker (yes, he blogs now!) on Rodney Whitacre's A Patristic Greek Reader (amazon.com). This is an interesting perspective because Decker is publishing his own Koine Greek Reader (amazon.com) shortly.
• Craig Evans on Jewish Scripture and the Literacy of Jesus. It's a PDF file, get it while it's hot. It is an essay in a book titled From Biblical Criticism to Biblical Faith: Essays in Honor of Lee Martin McDonald (amazon.com), of which Dr. Evans is an editor and contributor.
